What is the lead time on delivery upon placing an order?

Currently 1-2 weeks based on location. If in immediate assistance please let a representative of our team know.

What is the difference between green, seasoned & kiln dried firewood?

Green firewood is raw timber that has been recently cut & has not undergone any drying process. It has the highest moisture content of our wood selection & generates increase smoke. Green wood is best for outdoor use in a fire, wood stove or wood boiler.

Seasoned firewood is dried out naturally in the open air over several months in order to reduce the wood's moisture content until the wood can be burned efficiently. Suitable for indoor & outdoor use.

So if you are looking to heat your home this winter & provide your family with a cleaner, safer & more efficient experience you can trust that our firewood will meet all of your expectations!

What type of wood do you sell?

Hardwood from the Northeast (ie: Ash, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, etc). Softwoods by request only.

Do I need to be home when the delivery is scheduled?

It is not required for a member of your household to be home at the time of delivery. We do request that the location is marked prior to our team's arrival if you will not be present.
